Even first-time users can get started quickly. Plus, our technical support team is available to assist you anytime.

Is software included? What software do you support？

A: Yes. Our laser welding and laser cleaning machines are plug-and-play — no software required, just power on and use. For fiber and UV laser marking machines, we include original EZCAD2 or EZCAD3 software with every unit. Each machine also comes with user manuals and video guides to help you get started quickly.

How is the machine shipped and how long does it take?

A: Shipping time and cost depend on your location. We offer three options:

Express Delivery (Door to Door)
Fast international delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly from China.
📦 Delivery Time: 5–10 days
💰 Taxes: Import duties may apply and are paid by the customer.
🚚 Note: Higher shipping cost due to faster service.
Sea Freight (Port Pickup)
We offer sea shipping worldwide.
📦 Delivery Time: 28–38 days
📍 Note: Customers need to pick up the goods at the port, pay import duties, and handle local customs clearance.
🚚 Shipping cost is lower, ideal for bulk orders.
Local Warehouse Delivery (USA, EU, Australia)
For customers in the United States, Europe, and Australia, we offer local delivery from our warehouses.

How is the machine packaged and protected during shipping?

Depending on the machine type, we use either wooden crates or strong cartons, with EPE foam inside to ensure safe delivery by air or sea. This packaging not only protects the machine but also helps reduce shipping costs.

Do you offer installation and setup support?

Yes, all machines include a manual, video guides, and multilingual software. First-time users can start easily, and our tech team is always here to support you.

What is the warranty？

All EYTOOLS machines come with a 2-year warranty covering core components such as the laser source, control board, and power supply. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts and remote technical support. Extended warranty options are also available upon request.

Do you offer spare parts or remote troubleshooting?

Yes. We provide essential spare parts within warranty（2 years） and and offer remote troubleshooting via video call, photos, or online chat. Our technical team will guide you step-by-step to quickly identify and solve the problem.

Are import duties included in the price?

For machines shipped directly from our U.S., Europe, or Australia warehouses, import duties and taxes are already included — no extra fees will be charged upon delivery.

For orders shipped from China, import duties are not included in the product price. Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees charged upon arrival, depending on their country’s regulations.

Can I request a video demo before purchasing?

Yes, absolutely! We can provide a custom video demonstration of the machine you’re interested in — including its operation, features, and real sample results. Just let us know your requirements, and our team will send you a detailed video.

Do you provide CE/FDA certificates?

Yes. Each EYTOOLS machines are tested before shippin and certified. We provide CE, FDA, and other relevant certifications upon request to ensure compliance with international standards for safety and quality.

How do I become a distributor?

To become an EYTOOLS distributor, simply fill out our distributor application form on the Partner With Us page.
Our team will review your qualifications and contact you within 3 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive onboarding materials, product training, and access to exclusive distributor pricing and support.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept? Will I receive a commercial invoice?

We accept multiple payment methods including PayPal, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer (T/T), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. You can pay in USD, EUR, or AUD depending on your location and preference.
A commercial invoice is provided with every order for customs clearance and your records.
